ADHD Coaching for University & College Students
Starting essays at midnight when it's due tomorrow, doomscrolling even though you desperately want to stop, getting a new planner in hopes that it will finally "fix your life"... sound familiar? I know what it's like because I've been there, too!
As a certified ADHD coach, I provide shame free 1:1 ADHD coaching for post-secondary students who want to do well, but can't figure out a way that works for them.
It’s not about trying harder, it’s about trying things differently
I know you feel like you've tried everything. A fancy new planner every week, that "life changing" app from TikTok, or simply "just trying harder”. It's frustrating when none of it sticks.
Standard hacks just weren't built with your executive dysfunction in mind. You need support that's build around how you actually work, not some generic tips and tricks.
That's where I come in! My 1:1 coaching meets you right where you're at. Together, we'll identify your goals, create strategies and fill your toolbox so you can have your best semester yet.

Coaching may be more affordable than you think!
I believe in making support accessible to students who need it
Many coaches lock their services behind bundles with a large upfront cost. New Bloom ADHD Coaching does things differently with a “pay as you go” model. This allows for continuous support as you need it, with the flexibility to adjust around your busy student life.
Sliding scale spaces are currently available.
Students in Canada may be able to access additional funding or reimbursement to cover the costs of ADHD coaching.

Your questions, answered.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all! No formal diagnosis of any kind is required for us to work together. I also work with folks who generally struggle with their executive functioning, even if they don’t have ADHD.
How long does it take to see results?
Everyone is at different places in their journey. Ideally you’ll leave your first session feeling calmer with clear steps forward. True transformation starts to happen after a couple months of consistent coaching.
How is this different than therapy?
Coaching is a collaborative process that is very practically oriented and future focused. We look at setting actionable goals, and exploring how you can make them happen in a way that works for you

Your next chapter doesn’t have to look like the last
You don’t have to keep fueling your degree off of pure chaos and caffeine. With the right support, school can feel manageable. I want to help you find your way there so you can graduate feeling good.
The first step is a quick discovery call which is just a laid back chat (I promise it’s not as scary as it sounds). We can talk about what’s going on for you, what you’d like to be different, your goals and go over any questions you may have.
